5. PRODUCT REVIEWS

The Product Reviews module is a reliable tool that enables you to monitor the customers’ opinions regarding the products present on the website.

This module also provides detailed information on:
- Name – indicates the name of the customer who posted the review.
- Product - indicates the name of the reviewed product.
- Rating – indicates the rating the customer set for the product.
- Active – indicates the status of the review. In case the review has been approved (its status is Active) by the administrator, it is displayed on the website.
- Edit button – gives you the possibility to update the selected review and publish it on the website by setting its status to Active.
- Delete button – enables you to remove existing reviews. Deleted reviews are also removed from the website.

Note: Once a Review is received, the Content Management System immediately notifies the administrator via email and a warning message is displayed on the Home page in the "Your Attention is Required" section.
