9. TESTIMONIALS

The Testimonials module is a valuable tool for a car dealer as it gives you the opportunity to monitor your customers’ opinions regarding the quality of all the services you provide.

This module also provides detailed information on:
- User’s Comments – displays the comments added by the users.
- Name – indicates the name of the author.
- Rating – indicates the rating of the testimonial.
- Active – indicates the status of the testimonial. In case the Testimonial has been approved (its status is Active) by the administrator, it is displayed on the website.
- View button – displays the content of the Testimonial.
- Publish button – gives you the possibility to publish the selected testimonial on the website.
- Delete button – enables you to remove existing testimonials.

Note: Once a Testimonial is received, the Content Management System immediately notifies the administrator via email and a warning message is displayed on the Home page in the "Your Attention is Required" section.
